April Showers

I was under the impression that April was supposed to be all sunshine and rainbows. Right? Oh yea, there's that whole, "April Showers Bring May Flowers", saying for a reason I suppose.

It's gloomy and it's cold out with only a high of 43 expected today. Boo... Hence today's more fall-inspired outfit. I had trouble channeling my inner Spring today.

I'll be running a few errands with the baby today while our big kids are at school. Our oldest turns 8 on Saturday and I still need to pick up a few last minute gifts. Not to mention some groceries. We. Always. Need. Groceries. Despite the most careful meal planning, we're always out of some daily staple, but I digress!

I'm loving today's outfit because the jeans have a little stretch and nothing is more comfortable than a long tank and boyfriend cardi. Now, if only I had a sweet pair of rain boots to prep for tomorrow's impending rain.... Anyone want to gift me the sweet pair of Navy Raspberry Hunter boots I have been eyeing? They are so pretty!
